Return Policy

In case of a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the dress.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. We will respond within 24 hours.

Once you receive our return instructions, please repack the item(s) using the original packaging.

Drop off your return at the nearest post office.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent once processed.
